While maintaining a general corporate and civil litigation practice, I act as General Counsel and outside counsel to private equity start-ups and new and growing businesses. My experience with operations, employment law, corporate governance, structure and financing issues allows me to advise my clients on a wide variety of matters. I also went in-house to act as Chief Operating Officer for a client, in addition to performing General Counsel duties.
